1. Introduction and Acceptance

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 37winph are final once confirmed through the platform. You are responsible for verifying the details of any bet – including selection, stake amount, and market – before confirming. 37winph will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described below.

37winph reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• A technical error caused incorrect odds or game results to be displayed.
• The event or game was subject to manipulation or irregular activity.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable betting rules.
• An obvious error (palpable error) in odds or game parameters was exploited.

Winnings from valid bets and games are credited to your account balance upon settlement. For sports bets, settlement occurs after the official result of the relevant event is confirmed. For casino and fish game rounds, settlement occurs immediately upon the conclusion of each round.

The platform does not guarantee any specific outcome from any game, bet, or wager. All gaming outcomes involve risk and no form of guaranteed return is implied or offered.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 37winph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Holding multiple accounts on the platform simultaneously.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

37winph reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether prohibited conduct has occurred and to take appropriate action, including account closure and balance forfeiture, without prior notice where the situation warrants immediate action.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

37winph may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or cashback as part of platform promotions from time to time. Any such offer will be subject to its own specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and time limits. Attempting to abuse bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, reverse wagering strategies, or other methods intended to exploit promotional terms – is considered prohibited conduct under Section 6 and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

37winph does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn without advance notice.
